Purpose
This website presents real estate for sale in Colombia's Coffee Region and offers advisory and brokerage services for property transactions and mortgage-backed loans. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms.
Informational content
Property information published here (prices, areas, features, photographs and availability) is referential and informational, subject to verification, and does NOT constitute a binding commercial offer. Prices and availability may change without notice. Final terms of any transaction are agreed directly between the parties during the advisory process.
Nature of the service
Su Capital Al Instante provides brokerage and intermediation services under article 1.340 of the Colombian Commercial Code: it connects interested parties and accompanies the process. It does NOT take funds from the public, does NOT grant loans directly, and is NOT a supervised financial institution.
Property listings submitted by owners
- Submitting a property through the form creates no obligation to publish it: every submission is subject to review and approval.
- Whoever submits declares to be the owner or authorized to offer the property, and is responsible for the accuracy of the information and the rights over the photographs provided.
- The site may edit, reject or remove any listing at any time.
- By submitting, the owner authorizes the use of the information and images to promote the property on this site and the controller's channels.
Intellectual property
The brand, site design and contents belong to Su Capital Al Instante or are used with their owners' permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent.
Limitation of liability
The controller assumes no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of information published on the site. Every real estate or credit operation requires document verification and direct advisory.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as YouTube and WhatsApp, whose operation and policies are outside the controller's control.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Pereira, Risaralda.
